Up, Up, Up in the Sky

"Up, Up, Up in the Sky" was recorded by Donna Stearns and The Big Bangers in New York City. It's the official theme song for The Inwood Astronomy Project (IAP), an outreach program headed by Jason Kendall of New York. The song made its debut at The Piper's Kilt on February 15, 2009 for "Galileo's Birthday Bash and Science-Oke," a science-themed karaoke presented by The Upper Manhattan Experience. For this special event, the CD pressing was made possible by sponsor Dr. Steven Tushman.

The full song is available at www.DonnaStearns.com along with lyrics and more information about Donna Stearns and The Big Bangers. This short version remix is free to use in connection with IYA2009 activities.
